This annual festival is the Northwestern tip of Indiana, affectionately called Chicagoland because of its proximity to the Windy City. There’s a carnival and various events from Wednesday to Sunday, each evening ending with a concert.
The year that we went had Lil Wayne and Trina headline. Last year Ginuwine, Blackstreet and Da Baby performed. This year’s line up doesn’t do much for me but it’s free.
Price: The festival and most events are free. Some concerts require VIP ticket.
