Andre 3000 Extends 'New Blue Sun' Tour, Touring Internationally

From Flows to Flutes: Enjoy André 3000 Performing “New Blue Sun” Live

Andre 3000’s “New Blue Sun” tour kicked off on at the top of the year but he’s added more American dates and will also be performing internationally. Half of Atlanta’s iconic group, OutKast, the tour features Andre’s new love, playing various flutes and has been met with rave reviews!

He’ll be performing for free at the Atlanta Jazz Festival on Monday, May 27 and I’m thrilled to see him during Roots Picnic in Philly June 1 & 2 but, if you’re in the US, you can also catch him in Nashville, California or Rhode Island at the Newport Jazz Festival. His worldwide tour includes stops in Canada, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Portugal and the UK So people worldwide have a chance to enjoy his live woodwind performance.

Tickets are already available and ticket prices range from $90 to $160 depending on the location. Carlos Niño, Nate Mercereau, Surya Botofasina, and Deantoni Parks are each contributors to the album and will also be on the tour. On the fence? Read why “New Blue Sun” is much needed here.
